While we’re pleased to announce that the Science and Industry Museum will re-open on Friday 14 August, unfortunately we are unable to welcome back school groups until further notice.
Given the uncertainty around group gatherings, it is not possible to say when our museums will be able to allow school visits, but we look forward to welcoming you and your students back as soon as we can.
Please sign up to our newsletter to be the first to hear when school bookings re-open.
If you would like to contact us about an existing booking please email firstname.lastname@example.org, including your order number, organisation name and visit date.
In the meantime, we welcome you to visit the museum with your household or bubble and explore 250 years of innovations and ideas that started life in Manchester and went on to change the world.
To ensure you have the space you need to explore the museum safely and enjoyably, all visitors are now required to pre-book free tickets in advance.
We also have a range of learning resources for you to use in the classroom, including educational games, videos and activities as well as a fascinating object collection and inspirational stories to share with your students.
Our STEM team can help your employees to inspire our future workforce, while developing their skills and building contacts within your community.
