Makefest at home

May half term at the Science and Industry Museum is always a big celebration of making, engineering, crafting and creating. Although the museum is closed right now, we are going to keep on making and we challenge you to do the same.

So, save your loo rolls, lolly sticks, plastic bottles and pieces of paper and start putting together your toolbox of all the things you need to get making.

We'll be sharing things we've made at home on our Twitter, Facebook and Instagram every day between 25–29 May using the hashtag #Makefestathome.

Your challenge, if you choose to accept it, is to join in, make something and share photos and videos of what you've made with us too.
